Recipe Pasta and Smoked Salmon Drill
3/4 pound pasta (your favorite shape)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 (7.5 oz) container sour cream Pioneer Farms
1 Meyer lemon juice and flavored
Removed 1 bnch fresh dill, steems, and (in a some sprigs for garnsh)
1/2 pound smoked drill salmon, and chopped (I use smoked salmon, smoked salmon trimmings, but it can easily be used)
Salted capers and drained
salt
New pepper

Pasta and Drill smoked salmon guidelines:
Cook pasta into boiling saltd water. Pasta is now cooking, and heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Pan fry the onion over low heat for soft and slightly browned, 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and sour cream, lemon zest, juice and half dill. Mix well. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and grinds it.
When the pasta is ready, drain and add the sour cream mixture, make sure that pasta is good coated. Add into salmon and stir to combine it. (You can brush the salmon on a plate and paste.)
Pinch of dill and capers served coated rest.
For 4-6.
