Creaming of salmon pasta's Cooking in just 15 minuts
Creaming of salmon Pasta's Serves 4 (as a main)
Creaming of Salmon Pasta' Ingredients:
Corn meal or corn gluten flour, 2 teaspoons
375ml can Carnation soy milk Cream Recipes
2 teaspoon whole mustard or mustard gluten whole grains
200 g dried fettuccine or spaghetti pasta or gluten
1 tsp olive oil
1 brown onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves
250 g broccoli, cut into small florets,
3 zucchini, thickly sliced crosswise, lengthwise twice
3 large tomatoes, chopped
50g (5 cups) spinach
2 x 210 g cans are not pieces of salt, red salmon, skin and bones, and added to

Creaming of Salmon Pasta's Method:
Place the corn meal in the first bowl. Stir in enough milk to form a smooth dough. Stir in the milk and mustard. Off.
Cooking a large pot of boiling water for pasta, following package directions, or until al dente. Drain well and return to pot.
3 Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick frying medium. Add the onion and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 6-7 minutes or until onion begins to soften. Add the garlic, broccoli and zucchini. Bake, uncovered, stirring, for two minutes. Add the milk mixture and chopped tomatoes into the pan. Cook, stirring until mixture comes to boil and thickens. Simmer, is uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables tender.
4 Place the pot with the vegetables and pasta. Add the spinach, then toss the spinach. Mix the salmon.
5 Share on batter between shallow bowl and season with pepper to serve.
