Ingredients for Pasta:

1 pound spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
Half 1 teaspoon red pepper to taste
1 pound asparagus stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
1-1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
1 cup raw cashews
Embers from a lemon
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1-1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions for Pasta:

Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in garlic and red pepper. Add the asparagus and sprinkle with a teaspoon of salt 1/2.
Sauteed asparagus until crisp but tender, about 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness of the stem.
Meanwhile, puree of cashews in a food processor until a smooth dough forms. Add the lemon zest, black pepper, salt and so on, and connect.
Add water and lemon juice in a steady stream to a mixture of cashew nuts with the food processor running, the sauce is delicious.
